PDFCozy provides online PDF processing tools including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF documents. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to process copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or violates these Terms.

When you upload files to our Service:

• You retain all ownership rights to your files and content
• You grant us a temporary license to process your files as requested
• All processed files are automatically and permanently deleted within 2 hours
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the files
• You agree not to upload files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content

File Size Limits: Free users are limited to 10MB per file. Premium users can process files up to 100MB.

Premium subscriptions provide access to all 18 PDF tools, increased file size limits, priority processing, and dedicated support.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Upon cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscribers

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Update your payment information if it changes or expires

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our premium service, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PDFCozy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PDFCozy TOOLS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PDFCozy and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any harm caused to a third party through your use of the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
